IoT hardware, smart lighting management platforms, and mobile control apps — engineered for residential, commercial, and hospitality environments.
DALI-2, BACnet, MQTT. Custom sensor nodes and network gateways designed from first principles — from PCB layout through to embedded Linux.
Cloud-connected dashboards with real-time monitoring, occupancy analytics, and API-driven integration into existing building management infrastructure.
Cross-platform control applications for facility managers and end-users — commissioning, scene setting, scheduling, and fault monitoring from any device.
Each engagement is scoped around a specific problem — from a single zone lighting upgrade to a multi-site building intelligence platform.
Purpose-built applications and firmware for DALI-2 compliant lighting networks. Centralised commissioning, scene control, emergency monitoring, and energy reporting — delivered as a web platform with companion mobile app.
Connected device ecosystems for residential developers and housing operators. Gateway hardware, wireless sensor networks, and a unified mobile control app for residents — with a management portal for on-site teams.
Building intelligence platforms for commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use environments. Real-time occupancy analytics, environmental monitoring, and multi-system integration across lighting, HVAC, and access control.
Full DALI-2 lighting management across office, retail, and hospitality zones. Integrated emergency lighting monitoring with automated compliance reporting. Remote commissioning and scene management via web platform.
Smart lighting management across stations and tunnel infrastructure. Occupancy-adaptive control, real-time emergency monitoring, and centralised commissioning platform for the operations team.
Phased DALI-2 deployment across residential, commercial, and public realm zones of the landmark regeneration. Facilities management and resident control via web and mobile apps. Energy reporting and maintenance scheduling integrated.
Purpose-built smart lighting management platform coordinating airside, landside, and terminal zones. Full BACnet/IP and LON integration into existing BMS. Centralised commissioning and emergency monitoring across multiple operational areas.
Smart office platform integrating DALI-2 lighting, climate sensors, and occupancy analytics for the mixed-use tower. REST API integration into existing BMS. Facilities management web app and employee mobile app for zone control.
Smart home IoT platform for purpose-built rental development. Gateway hardware per unit, centralised network management, and resident-facing mobile app for lighting, climate, and access control. Property management portal with device monitoring.
Sardestech was founded in 2019 from an R&D background in embedded systems and networking. The work began with bespoke IoT hardware — sensor nodes, gateways, firmware — and expanded into the software platforms and control applications that sit on top.
Every engagement involves direct technical involvement from requirements through to commissioning. The founder works hands-on with clients to understand the problem, design the system, and deliver the implementation. No abstract scoping or delivery handoff.
Typical clients are property developers, facility operators, and building services contractors who need integrated IoT solutions that off-the-shelf products can't provide.
PCB design, embedded firmware, cloud architecture, and frontend applications are handled within a single engagement. No translation layer between hardware and software decisions.
Native implementation experience across DALI-2, BACnet, LON, MQTT, Modbus, Zigbee, and Matter. Integration with existing BMS infrastructure is routine, not exceptional.
The founder is directly involved on every project — from initial scoping through to live commissioning. Less time on sales pitch, more on solving the actual problem.
